About

This CoP post shares case studies developed by Strengthening Working Families Initiative (SWFI) grantees as part of their outreach and sustainability efforts. These case studies are designed to encourage grantees to share their successes with each other and their communities and illustrate how grantees can market their SWFI programs. A case study template was developed to help grantees share their stories with their community, funders, and partners.
