Clinical Laboratory Management Syllabus

This course is intended to provide students with the basic principles and processes of laboratory management and education. Many graduates take on administrative and educational roles both within and outside of laboratories. They must be knowledgeable about government regulations, personnel issues, a well as be able to apply basic administrative and educational principles. This course provides an overview of management and education in a laboratory setting or health care setting.
