This report, Breaking the Cycle Replication Guide, provides information on how the college worked with employers, educators and workforce partners to establish a viable information technology industry (IT) pathway, increase the local IT labor pool, increase the its capacity to meet industry workforce needs, increase public awareness of IT career pathway opportunities, and train incumbent and adult dislocated workers for work in the IT industry.
