This template for recruitment and retention shares the college's initiatives to expand and strengthen the pipeline of allied healthcare learners, and to improve retention and success rates for students. In addition to specific examples of web 2.0 tactics and implementation of activities such as ‘"lass shadowing," the document details specific interventions to increase retention in the Associate Degree in Nursing program.
Within the document and in the appendix, there are multiple examples of tools developed for these efforts which could be adapted for use by other educational institutions.
