Hoosier Heartland Regional Report Final

This report documents the activities of Hoosier Heartland Regional Leadership Institute, established to sustain regional development activities after grant funding ends.  It documents the outcomes of multiple workshops conducted by the institute in which ladders from across the region--academia, industry, small businesses, local government, funding agents and non-profits--worked collaboratively to ensure continued regional development.
