Community-Based Organizations and Union Apprenticeship Programs

This report describes the Multi-Craft Core Curriculum (MC3) that community based organizations are using to prepare workers for entry-level green jobs that afford opportunities to advance to jobs that are high level, higher skilled and higher paid.  The MC3 is an innovative training curriculum that provides a gateway for workforce training graduates to join labor management, industry-registered apprenticeships in the building and construction trades.
