About
Given the growing needs of an aging population and the greater use of medication in general, employment of pharmacy technicians is expected to grow faster than average for all occupations through 2012. This product is the Employer Handbook for CVS's Career Prescription for Success (CAPS) program, a Registered Apprenticeship program. CAPS targets recruitment in neighborhoods with high unemployment rates and provides paid apprenticeships for Pharmacy Associate and Pharmacy Technician.
