The goals of this workshop were to provide grantees with a better understanding of the current issues, needs and goals for manufacturers from a variety of subsectors and an opportunity to share experiences, challenges and promising practices.

In this industry forum, we focused on the manufacturing industry with the aim of learning more about specific subsectors and the priorities of industry leaders in 2021. It began with a panel of manufacturers and related associations that will share information about their specialties in the industry as well as speak to their specific needs and challenges. Following the panel, CSG grantees conversed with one another in an engaging discussion to process what they’ve heard and share their unique experiences in working with manufacturers to develop apprenticeships.
