This interactive session built upon the Employer Engagement (Part 1) held July 8, 2021. Grantees used this session to practice the strategies they learned for engaging employers. Using a consultative sales approach to building transformational relationships, grantees reviewed practical strategies to engage employers including virtual engagement strategies.

This interactive session provided the opportunity for grantees to immediately practice what they learned. Using a consultative sales approach to building transformational relationships, grantees reviewed practical strategies to engage employers, and reviewed strategies specifically for engaging employers in their grant’s apprenticeship activities. It also provided opportunities for grantee interaction, roleplaying, and time to discuss questions raised during the July session.
